All branding elements, logos (including our cycle rider asset), website code, layouts, product images, and unique visual elements are the intellectual property of Shohan Cycle BD and may not be reproduced, copied, or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.
2. Product Orders & Information
We strive to display exact product specifications, stock metrics, and local pricing (৳) as accurately as possible. However, in cases of unintentional pricing errors or stock mismatches, Shohan Cycle BD reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders and process immediate refunds.
3. Cash on Delivery & Payment
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Bangladesh. By selecting COD at checkout, you agree to receive the order at your doorstep and clear the pending invoice immediately in cash upon delivery. Refusal to receive the order without a valid reason may result in client profile termination.
4. Limitation of Liability
Shohan Cycle BD will not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from the operation, use, or assembly of bicycles purchased from our store. Proper helmet and safety gear usage is strictly recommended.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the consumer protection and trade laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
