We stand behind our premium bicycles and accessories. If your order contains factory defects or incorrect models, we offer a transparent refund and exchange window.
1. Eligibility Period
All claims for exchange, return, or refund must be formally lodged within **7 days** of receiving your bicycle package. Claims made after this window are not eligible under standard policies.
2. Returns Requirements
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the bicycle must be completely **unused, unridden**, in its original packaging frame wrapper, with all tag manuals, tooling, and accessories intact.
3. Shipping Damages
Bicycles are large items. If you receive an item with major structural cracks or scratch defects caused during transport, please document it immediately with high-resolution photos and contact us immediately before assembling the frame.
4. Refund Processing Duration
Once the returned cycle is verified by our inspection mechanics at our outlet, refunds are processed immediately. It may take **3 to 5 business days** for bank portals or mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad) to credit the amount back.
